2025 Oakville Community Activation Grant applications now open to support local initiatives

The Town of Oakville is now accepting applications for the 2025 Community Activation Grant, which provides funding for community-driven initiatives that bring neighbours together and strengthen local engagement. Now in its second year, the program offers grants of up to $1,000 to support residents, informal groups and neighbourhood associations in organizing initiatives that build relationships and foster a sense of community belonging. As part of the 2025 budget, Town Council allocated $35,000 in annual funding to continue supporting these impactful community projects.
