GLOCAL Foundation of Canada
Plaidoyer, droit et politique
GLOCAL Foundation of Canada is a non-partisan, volunteer-driven civic engagement organization focused on making public life more accessible, data-informed, and community-led. We design programs that help people understand how institutions work, develop digital and analytical skills, and participate meaningfully in civic and community decision-making.
Our model combines youth leadership, professional mentorship, and applied project work. Volunteers contribute to research, data analysis, digital development, communications, outreach, and compliance. These projects feed directly into public-facing tools, reports, and community initiatives that strengthen civic literacy and improve access to opportunities across Canada.
GLOCAL also maintains a micro-grant ecosystem that supports youth-led public interest projects. Through this platform, we provide funding, training, and evaluation frameworks that help young leaders turn ideas into measurable impact.
Across all programs, our goal is the same: build practical civic capacity by equipping people with the skills, information, and networks needed to engage confidently with public institutions and contribute to stronger, more informed communities.
